We bring the traditional dishes of Valtellina to your table, prepared with care and simplicity and using all the raw materials of our farm. Our fresh handmade pasta is prepared every day for our first courses. Furthermore, the natural flavour of our home reared meat is enhanced with slow cooking and aromatic herbs, among which ribs cooked in the “Lavecc” (a typical stone pot of our area) are not to be missed. Last but not least, our delicious desserts and ice-creams are a must, all strictly homemade.

We enhance the meat from our farm with long cooking and aromatic herbs, among which the ribs in Lavecc: the typical Valmalenco soapstone pot, are a must.
